I explored new ways of developing my folding paper experiments. Following origami tutorials on YouTube, I constructed boxes. Easy and quick to make, I made dozens using a variety of papers and plastics. I pinned these boxes into other surfaces and photographed them with light. I also carried out simple actions I could repeat easily, tearing strips of paper and lining them up. As the layers grew, my ‘towers’ appeared, each with a distinctive edge.
